Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you found the travel arrangements poor. We always endeavour to make sure our guest’s journey is as comfortable as possible and wish to apologise that you were seated across the aisle for the rail portion of your travel, we have amended our procedures to ensure this does not happen in future. Sorry also that we were unable to offer a direct flight from your preferred regional airport. We are limited with the airlines we work with and so are unable to book low-cost airlines or those operated by package tour operators.
