We're sorry that you're disappointed in our service and have left us a one star review.
Before purchasing a policy, our website asks you to tick a box to indicate that you have read and accepted the policy wording, and the terms and conditions. The policy states that in the event of a claim, the insurers require a document to evidence that the gadget you are claiming for belongs to you. You cannot purchase a policy without confirming that you have read and accepted the documents.
The proof of purchase that you sent to the insurers to make a claim was not in your name. Unfortunately as you cannot provide proof that you purchased the phone, the insurers are within their rights to refuse your claim. As this mobile phone should not have been covered by them from the outset, we will void the policy and arrange a full refund of your premium.
In your review, you have made some damaging allegations about us regarding fake reviews and con artists – are you able to provide proof of these? If so, please forward it to info@multigadget.insure in order we can investigate further. Unsubstantiated claims like these are detrimental to our business, and we will await your reply before deciding on a course of action.
Regards,
MultiGadget.Insure
