Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Staff in depot were helpful but website needs updating!

Looked online and ordered a silver grey radiator. Chose pick up time (next day). Went to pick up at Hillington depot only to be told that the radiator had to be sprayed at their premises in England...

Thank you for your feedback, We do have a note on all special order coloured radiators stating that they are a 10 to 15 day to be sprayed service. However we understand your concern that where able to add the item to a basket and select collect in store, with a date less than 10 - 15 days. We are looking at a solution to this on our checkout system.
