Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

Hello and thank you for your feedback, really sorry to hear this about the Jig. If you ever get an issue with a Potterton or Baxi boiler whilst installing, there is a phone number for Heat Team in the install guide and thy will rectify this asap.
