Not heard of the company prior to Google searching for the best deal for my product. Was a bit anxious using a new unknown company but everything went well. Although i didnt receive a confirmation...
The item took ages to be delivered. I sent an e mail and left two messages on their answering machine before actually speaking to someone prior to receiving my order.
Regular updates would be better...
My order was delivered correctly, I was informed well, if in the future I need something which they can deliver, I will surely visit their website again.
