We are sincerely sorry that you feel this way. Orders placed by 4PM are normally dispatched the same day and we contact the customers straightaway if a problem arises. It is very rare that we are not able to do so. Unfortunately we cannot sell the new season suit for £229.00. we do of course understand the disappointment and inconvenience caused though and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
