Online booking system did not work and caused some issues, which was a shame as it spoilt the whole experience. All sorted in the end though ans shop in Truro was excellent to get over the issues.
Goods not delivered, so order had to be cancelled. Phone call then received the day after original return booked, to advise late fees would be payable due to late return!

Store in Exeter helpful in person but did not inform me over the phone that i could arrange hire on-line. when i tried to arrange over phone. Told me i would ahve to travel into the store
