Cover included a lot of extras not offered by competitors and it was definitely the best price. On top of this the lady I dealt with was very efficient and helpful.

We are understandably concerned that you found our service to be disappointing and a waste of time.
We go to great lengths to ensure that the policy’s we place are suitable for the businesses at risk. The scheme that you received a quote for was for a clothing shop and prior to taking any payment and issuing documentation it was identified that your business sold a number of items that were not clothing and that would not be insurable under this clothing shop scheme. We notified you of this the same day which was some days before your current policy expired but understand that this was a disappointment.
We feel that we acted promptly in identifying that the policy was not suitable for your business and thus acting in your best interests.
