I understand you have spoken to our office and that this has now been resolved and a refund provided, I can only apologise again for this error. I would like to advise in addition to the refund of premium I have also authorised a compensation payment to assist with any charges you may have incurred. I thought I would just confirm one point for you, VAT is not charged on your business insurance, instead your are charged IPT (Insurance Premium Tax), this was however included in your premium so still no additional costs.
