Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We communicated by email approximately 8 times between order and delivery. We clearly stated on our website, throughout the National retail lockdown, we were going to continue doing what we could locally. Abingdon delivered 3 weeks after order when it's usually quicker but I think this is acceptable base don the situation. I think you were kept up to date with all the info we could get from the supplier.
