Watch out for delivery charge!

Delivery was very prompt. However I did not want 'next day' and was charged for this service. I have not queried this with the company since, no doubt, I will have missed something on the website...

As you selected our Next Day shipping service from the options clearly presented we despatched and delivered as requested. I'm sorry you feel overcharged but we did what the on-line order requested - we cant really do anything else.

I'm sure you'll find the Hindsight product very effective.
