Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi and thanks for the review. We acknowledge that our rates are higher than that of a mainstream lender, such as a bank, but this is due to the poor credit market we serve and the risk of lending within that market. As well as providing the opportunity for a customer to own a vehicle they may not otherwise have had, we hope we're also providing the chance for a customer to improve their credit rating by maintaining a finance agreement with us. I'm also sorry to read that you've felt our service to be lacking and our staff to be rude.
