Dear sir,
Sorry that your order was delivered in 4 days instead of 3 days. From what we can see on FedEx tracking, they tried to deliver the order to you on Saturday (Day 2), where it mentions that you were not available. Then they tried to deliver on Monday evening and unfortunately you were not available again. So finally the product was delivered to you on Tuesday. We're assuming your business was closed on Saturday and that is why no one was available to make the cash on delivery payment. We hope next time we can try to coordinate with you to ensure someone would be available to collect the COD order.
