How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are very aware of how much different monitors and browsers can affect how colours appear on screen. This is precisely why we offer free samples as we do not and cannot expect customers to make a fully informed decision simply from images shown on site. If customers order samples which turn out to be not quite as expected then they should be aware that they can always ask for a few more. Tim Kennedy Owner Modelli Fabrics
