How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Samples were ordered on Saturday 8th March and left 1st class post on Monday 10th March. They should therefore have arrived on Tuesday 11th March. Since we send out samples regular mail we have no means of tracking them. When customers order samples they receive an email advising them that if samples haven't arrived within 5 working days they should contact us. We know from experience that it can take several days for samples to arrive, even with 1st class postage. We will send out samples again. Tim Kennedy Owner Modelli Fabrics
