Was easy booking my flights through mix n match. Gave me a range of flights and pricing. I found what I wanted and booked successfully. Received all information fast and efficiently. Happy with that.

I was having issues with making payment with after pay and I call customer service and when we got hols of customer service and told about the issue she put us on hold and never call us back
