Very easy process and great quality rugs. Need to return original rug for a larger size and this process was very simple and convenient. Highly recommend.

Be careful.
Terrible. Took one month to collect the return rug, were almost impossible to contact and still don't have my refund. Woudl not use again.

I have returned the rug and it appears the courier can't find it and no one can tell me anything about that so it's 1 star.
