We are so sorry that we missed getting back to you! We take our customer service very seriously and it's our practise to reply to all communications - it must have slipped through and we are so sorry that that soured your experience. We do hold multiple orders to ensure that our customers are aware of the Ts and Cs prior to receiving their rugs as we'd hate for anyone to make their purchase unaware of these and then be upset with the result.
