Disappointed as the zip was faulty but the response was quick and they are sending a replacement.

I am sorry, we pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our bags. However we do sometimes get a faulty bag. We always replace bags with out any quibble. You will find our customer service record outstanding. I'm sorry this has happened. Kind regards Charlotte
