I'm sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your order—that’s never the experience we want for our customers. When selecting booklet dimensions, the size chosen reflects the final product. In your case, selecting 8.5" x 11" resulted in that being the finished size, as shown in the approved proof. In the future, you can order booklets sized 5.5" x 8".
