I'm so sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time, I understand how frustrating this can be! I see that my team completed the order and shipped it out on time for your estimated delivery date. However, the tracking information indicates that there was a UPS sorting issue that ultimately delayed your order. Once an order leaves our facility, any handling of the package is entirely done by UPS so it appears this delay was caused on their end. I'm so sorry again that this delay negatively impacted your order experience, and I am very sorry for your loss. We do hope to work with you again soon!
