1/27/2022: I'm changing the 1 star review to a 4 star review. As I mentioned, we have always been happy with GrapeCity's C1 WinForms product. Alec did take ownership of the issue and today, he and the Dev team seem to have sorted out the issue. I leave the review as 4 stars and not 5 because even with COVID and Holidays, the support team could have been more communicative. Alec did a great job staying in touch with me and I would not have left a poor review in the first place had the support team been as forthcoming in keeping us up to date. So, I give Alec a 5 star review, but the overall 4!
