Apparently earlier I inadvertently gave this company negative feedback for service. I would like to apologise for the grief and hurt this caused. They were splendid for my purposes.
ordered 4 items - got 3 but charged for 4 !
asked within their 'Special Request' box for delivery to my maintenace organisation - it was ignored - so goods at home while I am abroad and an engineer...
