How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with our service, but we’re sorry that the quality of the joggers didn’t meet your expectations, especially as you’ve come to expect better from M&Co. We also understand how frustrating it is when items you’d like to purchase are out of stock. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass your comments on to the relevant team to help us improve. 💗
