Thanks for taking the time to review our facility in Wakefield and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay in storage. I would like to thank you for raising concerns and can offer the following responses and how we intend to improve. With regards to payments, our direct debit facility is in need of updating as we are only able to take payments on the 1st working day of the month. Unfortunately, Direct Debits only process Monday to Friday and not on Bank Holidays so dates can vary very slightly but it is never earlier than the 1st. We hate adding charges to accounts and we only do this when an account goes 11 days in arrears and we always customers at least 3 times before adding the charge. We would never add an instant penalty. The light sensor was replaced in February and then it was accidentally damaged by a customer in March and replaced again. We check our buildings daily to make sure they are safe but based on your comments we now have an electronic log that will automatically book in an engineer for any replacements as important as light sensors as it could take up to 3 working days on the old system. Thanks for the feedback. We have ordered additional trolleys as we have been exceptionally busy lately but there is a delay between ordering and delivery but we are chasing this up! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you could kindly contact me as to where the leaks are in the building as we have not found any. We do get residual water in the loading bay when its raining outside and customers are coming in and out of the loading bay, unfortunately we can't do anything about the rain! What we have done is to have our loading bay floors repainted with new non-slip paint to make sure we are doing all we can. We do try our best to keep things to the highest standard and feedback like this gives us the impetus to keep striving for improvement. Many thanks Kris
