We are delighted that you experienced great service from our Harrogate branch. Very short term storage -ie a few days is not something we would normally offer, however due to your immediate need at the time, the branch felt that they were helping in the best way they could, and we didn’t feel it would have been of any help to advise you to go elsewhere!

We are sorry that we have not been able to contact you to refund your deposit. The branch has tried on several occasions. If you would like to contact the Leeds office on 0113 2626500 at your earliest convenience they will do it straight away for you.

We are of course very sorry that you experienced any inconvenience. We always send by email a list of “things you need to bring on the day” of which proof of address is one of them along with photographic ID. We apologise if you do not feel that you were not advised sufficiently. Under normal circumstances your items in shopping bags would have been fine, however as you were taking advantage of our shared student storage the items had to be stacked onto a pallet which required them to be in boxes for ease of movement and safety.
