Martin, I am so pleased that you have announced to the "not licenced to advise of Equity Release IFA and Mortgage Broker community" - that if they use Maxlyte Financial - they can be assured that their clients and their clients' children will be pleased with the process. I am so pleased that we got there eventually. There were challenges because your own solicitor doesn't specialise in equity release and the process took much longer than using either Ashfords or Equilaw. However, fortunately, the interest rate was reduced by Legal and General Home Finance several times during the process which meant you actually got a better deal because of the delay. I am sure your home will be magnificent with the alterations and look forward to keeping in touch.
