The mattress you have purchased does come with a 30-night Comfort Trial; if you are not finding it comfortable you would be more than welcome to exchange this for something more suitable. The mattress you have is rated as extra firm so maybe dropping to a 'firm' or 'medium to firm' mattress would be better for you.

An excellent mattress at a very reasonable price. Pretty firm and we have purchased a topper to soften it up a little but it’s actually as expected for an orthopaedic mattress.
Its not as good as described . Its not that firm and my bed started getting curved in the center within 1 month
