Good quality, really firm as required by our autistic son, arrived well packaged and NOT vacuum packed in a small box as many are these days (and those ones require airing for 48 hours before use!)...
the mattress is super firm, BUT you will hear the sound of the coils from every move of your body or your partner..... it makes me want to switch to another one
