We are sorry that you are experiencing some discomfort;
We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
It's not uncommon for any new bed, regardless of size, type or manufacturer to seem a little strange at first, the chances are the springs and upholstery in your old bed were not what they should have been.
The new mattress will be supporting the body in a different way from the old one.
The problem can feel worse if the old mattress was a completely different type from the new one or if it had lost its ability to support the body properly.
The body will object to the different feel until it becomes accustomed to it.
Unfortunately the only way to overcome this is by using the mattress and allowing the natural settlement.

Improvement Points: way too hard. im a side sleeper and very uncomfortable. can feel pressure from the springs. if i hadnt unwrapped it i would of returned mattress
