Firmness as described. Comfortable without being soft. Added bonus of built-in soft top layer (which is why it is single-sided). Well-made with a quality feel.
It's amazingly comfortable & supportive. However it doesn't have the hand straps that were on my previous miracoli mattress which makes it difficult move it around. Also the quality of the material...
This mattress is medium to firm but feels extra firm it’s so uncomfortable feels like lying on a board very disappointed. Can’t wait for the 60 day free try to end so I can exchange it.
