I'm sorry to hear that you're finding your new mattress too firm.
Your body can take a while to adjust to a new mattress. This is because a new mattress offers more support than your old one.
To make your mattress feel softer you could try adding a soft mattress topper. This way you get the support from your mattress but with some added fluffiness. Keep the room the mattress is in warmer will help too. This is because it will help the fibres and materials of your mattress become more pliable.
