A new mattress can take a while to get used to. They offer support in a different way to your old mattress as these will have softened and given less support. It can take up to 6 weeks for your body to adjust.
However, if you feel it's too firm the great news is that your mattress is covered by our 60-night sleep trial. This means you can exchange your mattress free of charge. To use your sleep trial you'd need to get in touch with our team at customrservice@mattressonline.co.uk or 01709 780881.

A new mattress can feel much firmer than you anticipate. Over time your old mattress will have lost some of its support and firmness so even buying that is rated as the same firmness may feel firmer. There are so many things that could affect this such as spring count, materials used etc.
All is not lost though, your mattress comes with a 60-night sleep trial so can be exchanged for any other free of charge. All you'd need to do is get in touch with our team at customerservice@mattressonline.co.uk and we can get this sorted for you.
If you're happy with your mattress but would love some extra cosiness, you could try adding a soft mattress topper. This way you don't lose the support but get some extra comfort.
