You're right, it can take a while to get used to any new mattress.
It's not great that it's started to dip already. This can occasionally happen due to manufacturing faults. This is definitely something our team can look into. To do this we need you to send us a photo showing the dipping. The best way to do this is to put a long, straight edge like a broom handle across the dipping. We also need a photo showing the full sleeping surface and also one showing the base. Please email s the photos to customerservice@mattressonline.co.uk.
You also have your 60-night sleep trial. This allows you to exchange your mattress free of charge. Again, this is something our team can help with.
