I am sorry you are not finding your mattress comfortable - we appreciate the feedback.
This mattress does have quite a sturdy rod edge around the sides of the mattress to provide additional support - some people really like this feature but others don't.
The mattress you have purchased does come with a 60-night Comfort Trial; if you are not finding it comfortable you would be more than welcome to exchange this for something more suitable.

Having been let down by another company, buying this mattress was a pleasure. From choosing it in the Skipton shop to arranging delivery. Then not only was the cost of recycling my old mattress less...
