I'm sorry you're finding your mattress too firm. A super handy way to make them feel softer is to add a mattress topper.
The great news is your mattress comes with a 60-night sleep trial. This means you can exchange it for another mattress. If the new mattress is more you simply pay the difference. To use this you'd need to email our team at customerservice@mattressonline.co.uk and ask to use your sleep trial.

The smell you've mentioned should dissipate soon. As it's a natural product it does have a smell. The mattress can also smell due to the fire retardant coating. They have to have this by law
