This mattress can occasionally smell strongly of wool. This is because its fibres are natural wool from sheep in Hampshire. However, this should dissipate over the course of a couple of weeks, If it hasn't gone away yet you're more than welcome t let our team know and we can look at sorting this for you.
Your mattress also comes with a 60-night sleep trial. This means you can exchange it free of charge for something which would be more suited for you.
