Thanks for the feedback on your mattress, I am sorry that you are finding it uncomfortable.
Just to clarify, you don't need to keep the mattress in the packaging to be able to take advantage of the sleeptrial - you can just sleep on it as you normally would. If you are not finding it comfortable then you can exchange it for something else.
