Very comfortable, came vacuum packed which meant it was easy to move into the room we wanted it for. Love that the cover can be taken off for washing.

No support when you get out of bed, sitting on the bed frame, have to use the end bed frame to pull yourself up. Very comfortable whilst sleeping .
