Masthaven has been one of the best banks I have ever dealt with. They were always professional and friendly; the newsletters were always welcome.

Great communication
I’m not sure why Masthaven are leaving personal banking, but they could not have handled it better, excellent communication at every stage & ensuring the customer was not out of pocket by the changes.
