Hello, I haven't heard of a resolve yet. Please can you refund the order. One clematis was good so happy to pay for that. The plugs which I am nursing are just not thriving. We are long term garden people and know when items are not of saleable quality. I can send photos. A lot has to do with the long time they spend packed which exasperates the problem.
