Thank you for your feedback, we are so sorry you were inconvenienced while taking your break. The housekeeping team had notified us with regard to the plumbing issues however they stated all was in hand.
I am sorry we did not follow this up while you were at the property. It is only with the help of our visitors giving us detailed feedback that we can try and maintain the high standards we set for ourselves.
