We are extremely sorry to hear of the negative experience you have had with us.

We would like to take this opportunity to explain that we do state on our website that orders for next working day delivery placed after 3pm on a Thursday will not be dispatched until Friday and will therefore be delivered on Monday. In matters of urgency we do offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery however this does come at a price and I can advise you that we do not make any profit from delivery charges, we charge customers exactly what we get charged by the courier. Wherever possible we aim to do everything we can to ensure our customers receive their items within the required time.

We can see from tracking your order that your item arrived on Saturday within the guaranteed time period.
