The trousers had the turn at the bottom not sawn properly I had to pay £10 to have it fixed as I needed it urgently.

We urge customers to contact us directly if they are unsatisfied with their purchases and in this case we would have been happy and willing to exchange the trousers for you and to cover your postage costs to return.

As the trousers have now been modified we will be unable to offer this option however if you contact our friendly team via phone or email we will be willing to resolve this situation by reimbursing the costs for repair.

Jackets are a beauty, good quality and worth the price for sure. Only sad part is it's not free returns so cost a little to get one exchanged but the delivery service is just 100!
