Thank you for your response, I'm actually bored with all this two ing and fro ing and feel if these comments you write represent the company then it's a poor show from you, have you ever heard the saying 'quit while your ahead' well if I were you I would, the suit is on its way back so hopefully you will be able to resolve the problem of which I am well aware you stated from the start you would, I stick by my rating and recommend you survey your customers when the whole problem has been resolved in future and not straight after a problem, you will never get a 5 star rating straight after a complaint and I also suggest your reply could be along the lines of 'thank you for the comment/rating, we will do our upmost to resolve the issue ASAP' and not your negative blame everyone else response, please be assured that in the future if I want to buy from you I will, I just hope it's not you that corresponds anymore as I'd fire you.
