Damaged packaging
Package arrived timely however the bag the package was in was damaged as wqs the box that the shoes were in?

I'm so very sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged. Since we buy end-of-line items, the packaging can differ. Some are boxed and others not. We are unable to guarantee the condition of the packaging, just the goods themselves.
