After buying 30t of Gabion stones a year or so ago I needed another ton but they wouldn’t give me any kind of discount and it cost more than 4 times as much, not good customer service.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, there is a big difference between a 30 tonne order and a 1 tonne order. To supply you with 1 tonne at the same unit price as 30 tonnes would have meant us taking a massive hit on transport to the point of losing several hundred pounds.

Thank you for your review. It is very clearly stated before purchase which delivery method would be used. You are then notified again at the checkout stage and then again with a shipping confirmation email containing a video of the whole process. If this was not adequate for your requirements you had the option to pay extra for HIAB delivery or cancel the order.
