Arrived in designated time - shame that it could not be more specific in time. Ordered 20mm gravel/shingle delivery note appears to say 10/20mm

Thank you for your reply. Indeed the product will say 10/20mm. There is no such thing as a perfect 20mm gravel. All 20mm Gravels in the UK are graded in this way. Similarly, 10mm Gravel is graded from 4-10mm and is still classed as 10mm Gravel.

Thank you for your reply. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the product. The product is indeed 20mm and is produced to British Standards. You have to understand that any product described as 20mm doesn't mean that every stone is a perfect 20mm size when measured in any direction. A stone could be 40mm long but 20mm wide and 20mm deep and would still pass through a 20mm sieve. Being a natural product the stones are irregular shapes.
