Thank you for your reply. It is most disappointing that you have chosen to review before contacting us. In all our years of trading we have never had an issue like this. We are at a loss as to how this single piece of glass would be able to make it through the sieving process as this product is sieved to approximately 100 microns.

After further investigation there is no evidence to suggest that any foreign material was found in the material we supplied. This was a small top up of an existing arena. This is most likely to have come from the arena sub base which we have not supplied.

Thank you for your reply. It is most disappointing that you have chosen to review before contacting us. In all our years of trading we have never had an issue like this.
