A disappointing review to say the least. Customer ordered goods online and completely ignored our very clear delivery terms. It is very clear that we cannot deliver to slopes and this is highlighted before, during and after the checkout process so there can be no mistake, yet the customer still placed the order. A "slight slope" is still a slope and is in breach of our terms and conditions which were ignored as was our very informative delivery email which not only has text instructions but also a video to show what we can and can't do. Our driver went above and beyond to make the delivery despite the premises not being suitable for which no recognition has been received.
